Unlocking Creativity: How to Journal When I Don’t Know How to Journal
I get tons of questions all of the time about my journal and what do I write in it. We may think that journaling, expressing thoughts and feelings are easy but for some people, they have no idea what to write or even how to start. In reality, journaling doesn’t always have to be about you writing about yourself, but it can be used as a creative outlet for learning and increasing knowledge.
Sometimes, I don’t always want to write about my day, but I want to learn something out of curiosity. You know those random questions that come to your mind during the day while you’re at work, in the shower, and even on the toilet. Yes, toilet lol. Don’t act like you don’t know what I am talking about because we all use the bathroom as a way to get away from everyone else in the house.
With that being noted, I really wanted to devote my time into gaining more knowledge throughout my day. I detest being idle but while being idle, I came up with a neurodivergent idea to hyper fixate on our predecessors that paved the way for our modern well and a research journal was born.
I used a Take A Note Planner because of the simplicity of the layout and the weekly sections were wide enough to include pictures.

I love this idea as I often get stuck on what to write even though my mind is full of thoughts. I get bored easily with the “dear diary” type entries. Thanks for sharing! Johnita Campbell aka @Blingmerchant_plans
